Our policy is to give all of our customers , member or non member, the opportunity to exercise in an environment which offers value for money.
We don't charge for joining.
We don't charge for programs.
We don't tie you into contracts.
We don't tie you into direct debit systems that are hard to get out of.
We do offer flexible memberships.
We do offer, free, regular program updates.
We do allow you to put your membership on hold for ill health or extended breaks.
We do listen to you!
Inductions are free to members.
If you have regularly used a gym before, an induction may not be necessary. Otherwise an induction will cost you £15.00.

Free access to trainers, who have a genuine interest in what you want to gain from using our gym.

Varied classes which are designed to help those who are "out of shape", to challenging routines for the very fit.
Off site classes include Zumba, held twice weekly at Bosvigo school (Truro) and circuit training held in Truro and Penryn
Clean, light, airy and well maintained gym.
